I am almost always late to the game with new technology. I didn’t get my first smartphone until 2015, when I was about to be a senior in high school. I didn’t get a Nintendo 3DS and Animal Crossing: New Leaf until 2016, three years after its initial release. And I never got a Nintendo Switch and Animal Crossing: New Horizons until . . . wait a minute, I still don’t have them! As a result of this depressing fact, I have rediscovered the joys of Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
